CuraYou Affiliate Program — Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 5, 2026
Welcome to curayou.com, and thank you for joining our Affiliate Program.
These Terms and Conditions apply to individuals and entities accessing or using the Program, both as merchant ("we," "us," "our," or "CuraYou") and as affiliate ("you" or "Affiliate"), who refer customers to purchase products or services from the merchant.
By participating in the Program, you agree to use the Program in the manner specified in, and to be bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
These Terms apply to all CuraYou affiliate programs and tiers. Commission rates, tier structures, bonus schedules, and other program-specific details are published separately in your affiliate dashboard and in any written communications from us, and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
1. Approval or Rejection of the Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Program.
2. Accurate Application Information
You must complete the application form accurately and truthfully. This includes your legal name, contact details, payment details, and the websites, social media accounts, channels, and other properties you submit.
You may only submit channels, accounts, websites, or other properties that you personally own or directly control. Submitting a channel, account, or website that belongs to another person or entity, misrepresenting your identity, or misrepresenting your audience or reach is a material breach of these Terms.
If we determine that you have claimed to be someone you are not, or that you have submitted a channel or property you do not own or control, we may terminate your participation immediately, void all referrals, and forfeit all unpaid commissions in accordance with Section 14.
You may operate only one affiliate account. Multiple accounts held by the same person or entity, or by related persons or entities acting together, may be terminated without notice.
3. Declared Promotional Channels
You may promote CuraYou products only through the channels you declared in your application form and which we have approved.
If you wish to promote CuraYou on a new channel — a new social media account, a new website, a new YouTube channel, a newsletter, a podcast, or any other property — you must notify us at marketing@curayou.com and receive our approval before you begin promoting there. We will not unreasonably withhold approval.
Referrals that we determine originated from a channel you did not declare and we did not approve may be voided and will not earn commission.
4. Affiliate Links and Coupon Codes
An affiliate link is generated automatically, and you may also generate affiliate links for specific products or collections. If a person clicks on another affiliate's referral link and later clicks on yours, yours is the one that counts.
You may or may not be assigned a coupon code, with details and usage terms shown on your dashboard. If a customer both clicks your affiliate link and uses your coupon code, you will not receive double commission. If you have not been assigned a branded coupon code, you are not permitted to promote any coupon code.
5. Protection of Coupon Codes
If you are assigned a coupon code, you must use your best efforts to prevent that code from being distributed, published, or leaked beyond your own audience and declared channels. This includes not submitting your code to coupon, deal, or discount aggregators, and taking reasonable steps to have your code removed if you discover it published elsewhere.
If your coupon code is found to have leaked on two or more occasions, we reserve the right to issue you an anti-leak discount link instead of a replacement coupon code. Anti-leak links provide the same discount to your audience while preventing further redistribution.
6. Prohibited Promotional Methods
The following are prohibited. Engaging in any of them is a material breach of these Terms.
6.1 Paid search advertising. You may not run paid search advertising of any kind on any search engine, including but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, Ecosia, and any other current or future search engine or search advertising network. This prohibition applies to all paid search activity regardless of the keywords used.
Paid social advertising (for example, on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, or Reddit) is permitted, provided that it runs on or from a channel you have declared under Section 3 and complies with all other provisions of these Terms, including Section 6.2.
6.2 Brand impersonation. You may not:
- register, own, or use any domain name, subdomain, username, handle, page name, or profile name that contains "CuraYou," "Cura You," "Cura," or any misspelling, translation, or confusingly similar variant of our brand or product names;
- present yourself as an official CuraYou account, page, store, employee, representative, or customer support channel;
- create any website, landing page, social media page, or profile designed to appear as though it is operated by CuraYou;
- use our name, logo, or brand assets in a way that suggests you are CuraYou rather than an independent affiliate promoting CuraYou.
Honest comparison of CuraYou products against competitor products is permitted.
6.3 Technical manipulation. You may not use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, automatic redirects, pop-unders, iframe injection, browser extensions, toolbars, or any other method that sets or claims referral tracking without a genuine, intentional click by the customer.
6.4 Prohibited placements. You may not promote CuraYou on or through:
- coupon, discount, voucher, deal, rebate, or cashback websites;
- cashback or coupon browser extensions or loyalty plugins (for example, Honey, Rakuten, or similar);
- websites containing adult content, pirated content, illegal content, hate speech, or content that harasses or demeans any group or individual.
6.5 Self-referrals. You may not earn commission on your own orders or on orders placed by members of your household. Such referrals will be voided.
7. Content and Editorial Standards
You must only promote CuraYou using content that you created yourself, or assets we provide in the media gallery of our affiliate program.
You may not copy, repost, download, re-upload, or otherwise use content created by other creators, other affiliates, other brands, or any third party without that party's permission.
Artificial intelligence tools may be used to help create your content. However, any AI-generated or AI-assisted content must accurately represent our products. AI-generated images, videos, or renderings must depict our actual products as they truly appear — correct product form, correct design, and correct branding. You may not present an AI-generated depiction of a product that does not accurately reflect a real CuraYou product, and you may not apply CuraYou branding to a product that is not ours.
8. FTC Disclosure
You must comply with the United States Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements, testimonials, and affiliate advertising, and with any equivalent rules that apply in your jurisdiction.
At a minimum, your disclosure of your affiliate relationship with CuraYou must be clear, conspicuous, and placed within the content itself — not hidden in a comment, a link description, a bio, or behind a "more" expansion.
9. Verification and Proof of Promotion
We reserve the right to request evidence of how you have promoted CuraYou products. This may include links to your published content, screenshots, screen recordings, analytics screenshots, or a message sent to us from the social media account you declared in your application.
We will normally exercise this right at two points:
- before your first commission payout; and
- at any time we have reason to believe you may not be following these Terms.
You must respond to a verification request within 10 business days. If you do not respond within that period, or if you do not provide the evidence requested, we may void the associated referrals and withhold or forfeit the associated unpaid commissions.
10. Content License
Unless we have a separate written agreement with you that states otherwise, you grant CuraYou a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and display any content you create that features or references CuraYou or our products, across our own marketing channels, including our website, email marketing, organic social media, and paid advertising. We will credit you where reasonably practicable.
Where you and CuraYou have entered into an individual agreement covering content usage, that agreement takes precedence over this Section for the content it covers.
This license survives the termination or expiry of your participation in the Program.
11. Commissions and Payment
When you refer a customer who makes a purchase on our website, you earn a commission calculated according to the commission structure applicable to your program or tier. Commission is calculated on order value and excludes extra charges such as tax and shipping.
To receive commission, you must provide valid PayPal payment details in your account settings. PayPal is our only payment method.
Payouts are processed on the 30th of each month for eligible approved commissions.
Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy, which gives us the right to review each and every referral order. Commission status is displayed in the Commission tab, and payments are listed in the Payment tab.
Commissions are only paid on successfully completed transactions. Where an order is subsequently refunded, cancelled, or charged back, the corresponding commission will not be paid, and if it has already been paid, it will be deducted from your next payout.
If your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months, or if we are unable to pay you because your PayPal details are invalid, missing, or unresponsive, we reserve the right to void any outstanding unpaid commissions.
12. Gifted Products, Bonuses, and Rewards
From time to time we may provide gifted products, cash bonuses, giveaway sponsorships, store credit, or other rewards. All such rewards are provided at our sole discretion and are normally awarded only after we have verified your identity, channels, and published content.
Gifted products are provided for your personal use and for the purpose of reviewing and promoting them. They may not be resold, auctioned, or transferred.
Gifted products, bonuses, and rewards may constitute taxable income. You are solely responsible for determining and meeting your own tax obligations.
13. Changes to the Program
We may change these Terms and any aspect of the Program — including commission rates, tier structures, bonus schedules, cookie duration, and program eligibility — at any time.
Where a change materially reduces your commission rate or materially changes your obligations, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email to the address on your account. Where a change is neutral or beneficial to you, or is required for legal or security reasons, it may take effect immediately.
Your continued participation in the Program after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Termination, Void Referrals, and Forfeiture
Either party may end your participation in the Program at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your participation immediately and without prior notice if we determine that you have materially breached these Terms, including where you have:
- submitted false or misleading application information, or claimed a channel or identity that is not yours (Section 2);
- promoted through undeclared channels (Section 3);
- used any prohibited promotional method (Section 6);
- used content you did not create or are not licensed to use, or misrepresented our products (Section 7);
- failed to respond to a verification request within the required period (Section 9).
Where we terminate your participation for a material breach, we may:
- void any and all referrals we determine to have originated from prohibited traffic, undeclared channels, or fraudulent activity;
- forfeit all unpaid commissions in your account where the breach involved fraud, misrepresentation of identity, or any other material breach of these Terms;
- recover commissions already paid where those commissions arose from fraud or misrepresentation.
Termination does not affect the content license granted in Section 10.
15. Marketing Tools
We may share promotional media such as banners, logos, product images, and collection promotions with you through the Marketing Tools tab. You may download this media or use the provided embed code to share it on your declared affiliate channels.
Our brand assets remain our property. You may use them only to promote CuraYou products in accordance with these Terms, and you must stop using them if your participation in the Program ends.
16. Cookies and Tracking
We use a cookie to track people who have clicked your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them. If a person does not allow cookies, or clears their cookies, we cannot track them and cannot pay earnings on that person's activity.
The cookie duration is stated on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking period begins when a customer clicks your affiliate link or uses your coupon code. Within the cookie period, every order that customer places on our website will result in commission to you, without the customer needing to click your link again.
17. Removal from the Program
If you wish to be removed from the Affiliate Program, you may do so by contacting marketing@curayou.com.
18. Confidentiality
Where we agree individual commission rates, bonus arrangements, or other commercial terms with you that differ from our published program terms, those arrangements are confidential. You may not disclose them to other affiliates or to third parties without our written permission.
19. Independent Relationship
You participate in the Program as an independent party. Nothing in these Terms creates any employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship between you and CuraYou. You have no authority to make or accept any offers, representations, or commitments on our behalf.
You are solely responsible for all taxes, fees, and reporting obligations arising from commissions and rewards you receive.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CuraYou will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Program or these Terms.
Our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or relating to the Program will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee any level of traffic, conversions, earnings, or continued availability of the Program.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CuraYou and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- your participation in the Program;
- your content, advertising, or promotional activity;
- your breach of these Terms;
- your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including intellectual property rights and advertising regulations.
22. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
23. General
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the program-specific details published in your affiliate dashboard and any individual written agreement between you and CuraYou, constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Program and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your participation in the Program or your affiliate account to any other person or entity without our written consent.
Go forward and refer!
We're very glad you've made it to the end of this important document.
We wish you all the very best. You can always revisit these Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions in the future, and if you have any questions you can email marketing@curayou.com for support.
